With this transfer, all legal liability with respect to credit card portfolio transferred will rest with RBL and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc (now known as NatWest Markets plc) holds no warranty and makes no representation regarding the delivery, quality, suitability of services / products. Any disputes regarding the products/services of RBL related to the credit cards shall be addressed by RBL and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc (now known as NatWest Markets plc) shall not be liable for the same. With this transfer, the terms and conditions of the cardmember agreement will have to be read with the name of RBL in place of The Royal Bank of Scotland plc (now known as NatWest Markets plc).
